Nelson County Health Services Foundation was established in 1986 as a charitable tax exempt corporation for the sole purpose of supporting and enhancing the health care mission of the Nelson County Health System.
By keeping NCHS strong, everyone benefits! Not only is the health system critical for meeting the diverse health care needs of the area, it also plays a significant role in preserving the economic strength of the communities in Nelson County.
