Radiology
Nelson County Health System is proud to offer both radiology services and laboratory services with state-of-the-art equipment and technology.
Xray services are available 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday and on an on call basis through our E.R., 24 hours a day. Our Radiology department also provides mobile imaging procedures through our contract with DMS Imaging on a weekly and monthly basis.

Laboratory
NCHS maintains a full-service laboratory that is licensed and certified by the North Dakota Department of Health. The laboratory efficiently provides accurate, quality-assured test results for our providers to use when diagnosing and treating patients. Our lab offers a comprehensive testing menu performed on site. Specialized testing is available through our reference laboratories.
**ANYONE with a healthcare provider signed order for a lab test may have their lab drawn at NCHS 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday.
