    • Nelson County Health System is excited to offer a licensed child care facility! The facility is currently accepting applications for children of Nelson County Health System employees ranging in ages from infancy to after school care for school age children.  The facility is a home away from home where the children will be able to sing songs, read books, build with blocks, dress up, and create works of art!
      Michelle Stein, the director of the facility, holds a license in elementary education with several years of experience in early childhood. Michelle has been a head start teacher with the University of South Dakota, a director of a preschool in Indiana, a four year kindergarten teacher in Wisconsin, as well as experience teaching first and second grade.
