Respiratory Therapy
Respiratory Therapists at Nelson County Health System provide a comprehensive program of Respiratory Care to both inpatients and outpatients. They are highly skilled professionals who work to evaluate, treat, and care for patients with breathing disorders. Once evaluated, the RT will work with your provider to develop an individual treatment plan.
Services
We offer both inpatient and outpatient services under a provider's referral.
Outpatient Service:
- Asthma education
- Occupational respiratory assessments and respirator fit testing
- Pulmonary function testing
- Sleep lab
