As the holiday season approaches, we are reminded of beautiful memories of our loved ones who are still with us and those who have passed.  For 28 years, Nelson County Health Services Foundation has held a Tree of Remembrance where our loved ones can be recognized.  Displays are put up at the NCHS Hospital and the NCHS Care Center for everyone to see those who are being honored and remembered.  Proceeds from the Tree of Remembrance go to support NCHS with much needed equipment and projects.  If you would like to purchase a Star, Dove, Bell, Snowflake or Candle in memory of or in honor of a loved one, please contact Anna at 701-322-2225 or nchsf@gondtc.com.
